Attention first time buyers.
Posted by Ryan Coffey under: Buying .
I got the following article in my inbox a couple of days ago regarding property transfer tax exemptions for first time buyers and though I’d pass it along. The program isn’t new, but there have been some changes mad to it in the past while. This is part of a newsletter that is sent out to realtors, so the main point of interest is the brochure itself if you’re a first time buyer.
