Still worried that the U.S. sub prime debacle is going to affect us?

I’m hearing the same thing again and again from many different experts. It’s not going to affect us so much. I keep my finger on the pulse of things economic as part of my job, but when it comes down I’m not an economist. However, I have something below that is written by one, and he is talking about B.C.’s real estate market and what he thinks is likely to happen this year. The article in question is on the first page of an edition of a monthly publication that is put out by the British Columbia Real Estate association and is in PDF form.
